The Rostock Cargo and Fishery Port is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and is a comprehensive logistics service provider for Baltic Sea traffic.
Conveniently located at the southwest bend of the lower Warnow, it possesses excellent railway and road connections to the A19 and A20 motorways allowing for the rapid transit of goods from and to Scandinavia, the Baltic States and Eastern Europe.
The port is well equipped for handling and storing bulk goods, general cargo and project cargo. A modern refrigerated storage area, certified in accordance with EU standards, is located directly on the quayside and provides excellent conditions for handling refrigerated and frozen products. The restructuring and infrastructure expansion of past years have transformed the port grounds into a modern industrial park with excellent conditions for the establishment of businesses and facilities.
